The Open University for Citizenship is a non-profit project that focuses on developing and spreading awareness and civic and political participation among Moroccan citizens, especially among youth, women and people with special needs, through the various means and tools provided by the project for the beneficiaries. This project is implemented by the Moroccan Institute for Policy Analysis (MIPA) with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
