The Moroccan Parliament participates in the works of the International Conference on the Penal Code and alternative measures

A parliamentary delegation from the House of Representatives will participate in the works of the international conference organized by the National Human Rights Corporation in the Kingdom of Bahrain, on the Penal Code and alternative measures, which will be held in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain on 27 and 28 September 2022.

Participants in this high -level conference, who represent national institutions for international, regional and Arab human rights, and international, regional and Arab human rights organizations, along with the specialized agencies affiliated with the United Nations, for two days, are discussing the Penal Code and alternative measures as a qualitative experience in criminal legislation, and the challenges facing The entities entrusted to the law enforcement.

The Moroccan parliamentary delegation includes members of the National Division in the Arab Parliament, and it comes to three deputies on the House of Representatives and a consultant for the House of Advisors, and they are:

-Deputy Mohamed Ayyash, on the authority of the National Rally of Independents;

-The Deputy Khadija Hajbi, on the authority of the Authenticity and Modernity team;

Deputy Ahmed Shad, on the kinetic team;

-Parliamentary advisor, Mohamed Al -Bakouri, head of the National Rally of Independents team, for the House of Advisors.
