The Speaker of the House of Representatives receives Australian Ambassador in Rabat

On Wednesday, 14 September 2022, Mr. Rashid Al -Talbi Al -Alami received, Mr. Michael Grame Bruce Cutts Michael Ambassador Australia in Rabat.

At the beginning of the meeting, Ambassador Grame Bruce Cutts Michael expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to the Speaker of Parliament, Mr. Rashid Al -Talbi Al -Alami, for the good reception, and praised the relations between the two countries based on mutual respect, and expressed his country’s aspiration to enhance it at commercial and economic levels and support investment opportunities, as well as Exchange of experiments in the common priority sectors such as agriculture and renewable energies. The Australian ambassador stressed the importance of the two legislative institutions in the two countries to give a new breath to these relations and promote permanent communication and dialogue opportunities, recalling the important roles played by the community in the two countries.

In turn, Mr. Rashid Al -Talbi Al -Alami, Speaker of the House of Representatives, appreciated the Moroccan -Australian parliamentary relations that were not affected much by the geographical dimension factor, noting the importance of exchanging experiences and experiences to reach the desired and permanent convergence, expressing the strong will to give a new dynamic to bilateral parliamentary cooperation, especially since there are many Important topics for both sides.
